Live Guide customer data can be pulled and presented in different output formats; the Calls report is useful for providing an overview of all logged customer data and the Forms report shows data which has been collected through forms pushed to customers. The reports can be limited to cover only a specified date interval and can also be filtered on operator, category, campaign and department. The data can be exported for further processing and sent as an email attachment.
 
However, creating reports does require that the user has access to the Live Guide Administration.
 
If the user who needs the data, for example to import into a company CRM system, does not have access to Live Guide Administration data can also be pulled using a specific URL and a number of parameters to filter the required data.
