Privacy Statement
Netop collects information to better understand your product needs and interests. When you submit an online form, including requests for trial software, demos, newsletters, technical support, assessments, or to register a product, we collect information such as your name, address, telephone number, company, current position, email address, user IDs, passwords, product/service preferences, and contact preferences.
Netop may also collect information during your visit to Netop webpages through our automatic data collection tools, including cookies, web beacons, embedded web links, and other commonly used information-gathering tools. These tools collect certain standard information that your browser sends to our website such as your browser type, language, access times, and the address of the website from which you arrived to our site. These tools may also collect information such as (IP) address, clickstream behavior (what elements you click on our webpages), and pages visited within the Netop.com domain. When a visitor requests a page from any website within Netop’s network, our web servers recognize a visitor’s domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our site. Netop works with service providers and suppliers to better deliver our products and services, and to assist Netop with marketing and communication initiatives. The information provided by you is kept confidential and never shared with third parties except when necessary to fulfill requests for further information, technical support or free trial software, in which case your details may be forwarded to local Netop representatives.
